His administration has no problem getting rid of dreamers that have broken another law, we've seen that already. In context, at least for now, energies spent on the law abiding dreamers when it could be used on the criminals may seem to the administration as unnecessary, but he SHOULD focus on that at some point for he did run on that issue.
I'm sure: he's breaking his promise. Exactly as I said he would. All you had to do is look at what he said before he was trying to bamboozle all those Trumpsters during the campaign. He ALWAYS said he was for amnesty... until 2016 when he was in the middle of a campaign for president.
He does have a knack for being wishy-washy on picking and choosing what promises he wants to keep. I'm sad to say that I'm not surprised by this. I am getting tired of having to vote for the lesser of 2 evils, but I don't see the selection process giving us anything better than that in my lifetime.
I have a question, will you accept 60-80 percent of his administration to deliver or at least attempt heavily on delivering on his promises? I cannot imagine you expect 100%... I NEVER expected this man to deliver 100% not 90 of his promises. I am giving him the time, just like I did with Obama to do his thing and see if he will do as much as he can within the scope of the Constitution and the law, while knowing fully well that the change of position, changes the man and/or the circumstances of his campaign plans. If he delivers less than 50% I would call that bad indeed, but we are not there. I don't even think we are at 100 days still...
Obama never got to close GITMO (okay perhaps not by lack of trying) and his drone program was very aggressive even though he did have a lot of love for the Muslim Brotherhood, had an Iranian concubine in the White House and he went around the world apologizing and won a Peace Prize, and he didn't say no to getting Bin Laden (yes we know that didn't start with him, but at least he didn't hesitate like Bitch Clinton) so he did not do 100% of what I thought and what he said he was going to do or not do. To be fair... it may have been close to 90 percent, perhaps more, and what he did do and accomplish was for the most part bad, but it took him a while to destroy what he did destroy.
Why can't we give Trump the same amount of chance to try to build up and make positive changes, etc.? If by year two and a half the man is truly a dud I will be right beside you hating on him and wanting his ass thrown out. Just like I did with bitch Obama. True I never liked him, but I did HOPE that the position he was in would change him for the better, but that never changed YET he still did the things I said above.
I guess I'm old-fashioned and idealistic. I think when a man says something he should mean it. I don't have a problem with Trump not getting everything done in the first couple months--that's unrealistic. I have a problem with areas where it's obvious he didn't mean what he said during the campaign. He was adamant about the wars in Iraq and Afghanistan being quagmires that do us no good. Now he's rushing into Syria like he's John Wayne. And then of course it's obvious now he never had any intention of doing anything about Dreamers. And what about the Obamacare thing? That's not totally Congress's fault. He said he would repeal it immediately. He could have pulled that off easily. Instead, he got on board with a half-assed bill that didn't really repeal it at all, just modified and renamed it Trumpcare... also something I warned everybody about. The guy has ALWAYS been in favor of federal healthcare. He's a Democrat, basically, except in matters that affect business.

Okay let's see, he can still get to the issues that you mentioned. As for the healthcare plan, I do agree that was a misfire of great proportions. I have to wonder if he wants to do it the "right way" which takes longer but it will actually remain on the books, than going the route Obama took. Maybe I am giving him too much leeway here, but damn it is only April of his first year of his first term. I gave Obama more time than this. X-D
