San Juan Bosco is big in Panama. I am being taken back in time when there was Bosco this and Bosco that every year. There are churches/seminaries/schools and even a neighborhood in his name. Very very famous... very HIGHLY regarded pretty much in many parts of the world especially Latin America. So this is rather strange indeed. Such a regarded and well... lucrative saint for the Catholic Church, you would think they would respect what he had to say and that others within the church quoted him would be considered appropriate... after all, St. John Bosco was all about education of the young.The teacher did nothing wrong, in fact he was acting in kind.
This does make sense, after all, this is the same district that elected Alan Grayson to congress twice!
Thus I am a recovering Catholic.
