Census Bureau follow-up to gauge accuracy of 2020 decadal census. The results of the follow-up show that 14 states reported inaccurate numbers. And, surprise! surprise! it was mostly Republican states that were undercounted and mostly Democrat states that were overcounted. So another government agency we cannot trust to do its job.

And I think it would be a natural assumption that if this partisan skewing of the count was happening on an interstate level, the same sort of skewing was happening also on the intrastate level, meaning that within states the Republican areas were systematically undercounted while the Democrat areas were systematically overcounted.
