What a waste of taxpayer money this has been. If Rose Bird had not been the supreme court justice who stopped executions back in the day, This turd would have been worm food years ago saving us untold millions.

Yeah, they brought him here to Bakersfield earlier this year. We were hoping he would die then. Any money spent on keeping him alive is money better spent elsewhere.
