I agree that in this particular case calling him by that name and agreeing that this creature is a female is detrimental. This creature HAS CLEAR mental problems and this creature does not acknowledge them and just going along with this creature's insanity and delusions is of no help to him and no help to us and the facts that we need to have a meaningful conversation about these issues.
