Sylvan is a tool. But, Cramer isn't exactly a rocket scientist. He is an Obama supporter-he also tanked a few hedge funds-he isn't the right guy to be advising folks on investments, though he does understand how the desks work, etc. I certainly wouldn't act on a tip from him, considering the 20 billion or so he was personally responsible for losing!
Sylvan sounds like a bit of a douchebag.
