The company will lose hundreds of millions of dollars from its original $1 billion investment, Axios reported. CNN executives initially expected around 2 million subscribers in the first year and 15-18 million in four years, which will have to be cut with the investment.
Nearly $300 million has been spent on the service, Axios reported. It is unclear if CNN+ executives, including boss Andrew Morse, will stay with the service after investment cuts.

Buy what? A couple thousand subscribers? Trump can muster millions of followers to anything he wants, without breaking a sweat. If Trump announced he was buying MySpace tomorrow, the day after tomorrow MySpace would rival Facebook again.
I was thinking the whole damn network. The network sucks, but the infrastructure is in place for the right person to do something worthwhile with it.

The leftwing media lives in a world of pure delusion. This is so absurd it's almost parody. If nobody is interested in watching your network for free, what sort of businessman would think, "Hey, let's launch another version that people have to pay for!"
