In wake of Mueller report, CNN descends into abject absurdity. Carl Bernstein went on the CNN show Reliable Sources last night and said,

CNN died when Bernie Shaw retired in 2001. If it were not for their international operation, as well as being on in almost all airports & health clubs, nobody would know they exist.

I think Carl has been experiencing the joy of pharmaceuticals...Way too often.
This comment by Bernstein is so delusional, it's almost unbelievable. But, sadly, not unusual. If you look around you see that level of delusion everywhere you look on the left, and I'm not just talking about the issue of Trump colluding with Russians. If I'm sitting around a campfire in the summer and someone brings up the subject of aliens and who believes in them, for me the suspicion that aliens are invading is instigated by the otherworldly level of delusion I see in so many of my fellow human beings. It is comments like this one from Bernstein that make me suspect space aliens are sucking the brains out of human beings. Otherwise, how can you explain his comment? After the utter wrongness and shameful partisanship of the last 800 days by the media, how can a professional journalist say those words?
