    • I know and it is sad, that is why it should be shared far and wide. What the officer says is true. Those are after all expensive weapons everyday crimes will not pay back that investment for many months if not years. To make it seems that those weapons are being used in everyday crime is preposterous.

• Okay I got to tell you this story. I went to go watch a friend shooting at the range today. I can't shoot because recoil is not my friend when I have a cervical collar on. We walked in and the people standing around were laughing and looking in my basic direction and I thought they were laughing because of me being in the collar. But I looked around and saw what they were really laughing at. There was a woman there in her late 50s or early 60s who was loaded to the gills. she was trying to buy a pistol. She thought she could walk in buy a pistol and walk out with it the same day. They told her she could only do that if she had a concealed weapon permit. She asked about how to get that and they were being very polite and told her how to do it. She asked if you could get it even though she was a felon. That's when they threw her out of the place.

• 1. Good luck finding a private seller at a gun show.
  2. Good luck getting a private seller to sell you his gun without asking you to provide ID and a CC permit.
  3. Even here in Florida, where gun laws are relatively lax, private sellers are requiring you to provide them with a CC permit, and sign a bill of sale. Why? Because nobody wants their guns, that the government knows you have, because the serial numbers are taken at sale, to go to someone that is not allowed to have them, because they can then be charged with a crime also.
  Gun show loophole? BULLSHIT!
