Hopefully one of his field agents will release what really happened, and Comey will have to show his loyalty to the Klinton Crime family by eating a bullet.
Here's the crux of it all. Comey isn't applying the law correctly. The standard that he proposes- that HRC can only be guilty if she did it knowingly is incorrect. If she knowingly stored secret data so that bad actors could get it, she would be guilty using a dead drop and espionage.
The law is that if you store information in a careless way, that you are guilty even if you didn't intend to make it vulnerable. By not securing it correctly, after being trained, there is no need to show intent not to secure- the fact that it wasn't secure is enough.
No one intends not to secure data. The onus is on people to secure it, and she didn't.
Comey's argument falls apart on itself. I actually think that Comey couldn't charge her with out being seen as basically assassinating her. His arguments are extremely damning, and I think he thought that would kill her chances, but between the MSM and the brain dead voters, she has gotten a pass.
Why anyone would ever answer any substantive question with anything more than "I don't remember" from now on is beyond me. The Clinton's for decades have found that if you never admit guilt and forget details, you are basically untouchable- especially when the MSM will move on. For Christ's sake, they still talk about Iran-Contra like it happened last week.
If he had a brain this is what he should have done: Go through the entire process THE RIGHT WAY (including putting her under oath when she was asked questions and it should have been recorded), realize that there is something here to be furthered discussed at least, then put ALL of that at the lap of the Attorney General. Give no recommendations, just say that there is something here for further discussion or deliberation and then have the AG be the one to decide to go forward with prosecution. At that point in time, the Attorney General is the one that has to make the decision to indict or not. He would have covered his own ass and looked like he actually cared to do his job. The fool allowed himself to be used and manipulated and now looks corrupt at most or a manipulated idiot at best.
Who is he trying to convince? We all know he is a political hack and spends most days hiding under that rather large skirt of Loretta's.....
I thought that was a tent with her head just sticking out through the flap
Made by "Omar" the tentmaker...
Comey is a f#%^ing hack. He sold out to the hildabeast and now has shit all over his face.
Lame.
