Danish City Makes Pork Mandatory On Municipal Menus, Including For Schools And Daycare Centers… In Randers, Denmark, it’s “Pork, the other white meat” for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Too bad the rest of Europe doesn’t follow suit and tell the Muslims to keep their culture to themselves or go back.

  • The issue is that Jews will be adversely affected (like they were when the Spanish did this sort of thing). It is of course regrettable. The thing is that the Muslim hoarde should have been restricted before it got to this point.

    • The Jews are capable of finding other things to eat in an establishment that serves pork, and not have to cut anyone's head off over it.

      • And no one disagrees... it is though regrettable that possible additional movea need to be done by thise who are peaceful, because the government failed to protect the country when it had the chance.

      • It goes far beyond not eating pork, but if they are out, they can eat vegetarian with no conflict, as long as they don't eat meat or dairy. They havevnever felt the need to try to change anyone else's diet.

    • Jews have kept kosher in a non kosher world for centuries. Halal is ver similar to.kosher. They eat more at home, where they know and follow the rules. Mostly Orthodox Jews don't eat with others. If the eat out, the eat vegetRian. Jews NEVER even suggested the entire country change to follow their eating patterns!

      • No one said anything different. All I said is that there will be unintended consequences and this issue should have been avoided all together. The fact that Jews will have to make perhaps even more additional changes to their lifestyle is a fact... a regrettable fact. That is all. However the governmeny needs to do what it needs to do. Just stating that there are regrettable consequences that were COMPLETELY avoidable.

  • Today I'm happy to say that my heritage is 1/2 Dane!! Hope other countries in Europe follow their example.

  • Pork, it's what's for dinner. Any problems with pork can be entered under the intolerance file

  • Whenever I have a BBQ at my house, you can count on one thing, my smoker is going strong, with spare ribs. If you don't like pork, you don't eat at my house.

  • Good for them. Maybe the rest of Europe will learn something about fighting back...but I doubt it.
