Old. Cranky. Unfunny. That pretty much sums up David Letterman.
Young. Smug. Unfunny. That pretty much sums up Rachel Maddow.
What happens when they get together is…well…pretty much what you’d expect. Except that Letterman swears and gets bleeped while talking about Andrew Breitbart.

Sorry, dude. Letterman is the funniest guy on television now that Chappelle is off the air. If he says stuff you don't like...turn the channels. Maybe you're more of a Leno guy.
Don't worry, Myron. I know where my remote control is, and Letterman rarely gets more than a fraction of a second in the flip by.

"You can't count on people who are unscrupulous to stop doing unscrupulous things."
"If you're gonna run a so-called news outlet that actually is a political sort of hack job operation, they're gonna do political hack jobs."
I guess everyone that works for MSNBC would know these self evident truths all too well.
How was the video edited? It's called playing a clip. And the clip showed clearly that the NAACP audience openly LOVED her hatred for the cracker farmer.
So did Letterman and Maddow both screw a couple of female interns backstage after the show?
I could not even watch the whole thing as it was boring as hell. The 3 times I tried to watch it I fell asleep. When I was in University I was a huge Letterman fan but now he has turned into the cure for insomnia.
Yeah, back in the day he was funny... bits with Larry Bud Melman, Chris Elliot, & Biff Henderson, throwing stuff off a tower, making fun of pompous celebrities like Cher & Madonna... Now he's nothing but a withered up hack... kinda like a well dressed male Janine Garafalo on Valium.
Cogent analysis, indeed!
I like when she talks about slime-balls being less slimy like Breitbart and Fox News (4:00-4:13) the crowd does not cheer or clap but rather give a collective groan of disgust at her remarks (I guess the applause sign was broken). These libs can spin this sh** all day long, they can go on each others shows and blow smoke up their collective asses all day long, and they can call us names like racist and tbagger all day long, but at the end of the day we are winning. Every day their false accusations against anyone conservative are being exposed for what they are, a bunch of fabricated stories and events used to push their agenda. Every time they ask "how can that go on" or "how can he be allowed to do this" (referring to Breitbart running a website) Americans grimace at the fact that these people think someone should have the authority to shut him down. The reason Fox, talk radio, and conservative websites like Breitbart's are doing so good is because the medias job is to hold politicians accountable, it's to put the corruption they find in the court of public opinion. Most of the MSM today is trying to change this country into a socialist utopia and know that Obama is their best hope. The reason I hate the media is because these two idiots are so representative of the vast majority of media figures and entities who push the nations agenda. Fox, talk radio, and conservative websites are the only places where anyone with a liberal point of view are questioned. They're the only places that point out when a liberal say something offensive or crazy. It's the inaction the media is taking to Obamas socialist agenda and his utter lack of leadership, and conservatives pointing that out that will be their undoing.
These two wouldn't tell the truth with guns to their heads. Laughable! I guess all twelve of Letterman's viewers were given a real treat.
There were only 11 viewers. Rachel Maddow was already there, so she can't be counted twice... Wait, nevermind, they can count one person as many times as they want.
Letterman is an appropriate name - since his face looks like a letter carriers bag.
MVp.s. the posting codes dont scare me - I'm a code "cracka" ...
I thought this story about Fox, the NAACP, and that racist idiot were already covered to death? Didn't somebody, somewhere already conclude that Fox was NOT the first network to cover that fat racist black woman?
Funny how Letterman's comments about Bill O'Reilly apply to both himself and Maddow as well.
