Of course not, rules, taxes and harassment are for the little people.
Same answer as for the question, "Are there any Global Warming promoters who don't fly around in private jets, own SUVs, and buy beachfront homes?" No.
They're trying to justify it by saying she was trying to support a small business, but why are small businesses in trouble in the first place so that they need support? Because dumbass Democrat governors like her are making people stay at home! It's like pushing a guy into a swimming pool and then claiming you saved his life when you give him a hand getting out. "Ok look, I'm a hero!"
