Anyone that does this to children needs to be horsewhipped, tortured, and shot dead! They shouldn't be allowed to do this to anyone under the age of 25!
I give it less than 20 years until we hear that one of these messed up kids stabs his parents to death.

I remember reading a story about the Nazi's trying to figure out the best way to bring back someone with hypothermia after they bailed out of their plane over the North Sea..The found out if you put the pilot between to naked Gypsy girls the pilot came back quicker...

It is child abuse but the only ones who will ever be prosecuted for are parents who refuse to obey the orders of the school/social service agency "experts".
