• Bitched slap by all 9 and Ruth Buzzy wrote the opinion. Guess the judges in the 9th circus can now find their safe places to console themselves.

• They didn't just get overturned, the SC vote was unanimous in their decision, and Ruth Bader Ginsburg wrote the opinion and basically tore them a new orifice for their shenanigans. You seldom see such a blatant slap-down from the Supreme Court. What the 9th did in this case was turn themselves into advocates for one side because they saw no way the side they preferred could possibly win based on the arguments being presented. So the 9th went out and hired outside consultants to make a new argument that would allow them a little cover to rule the way they wanted to rule. There was not even the tiniest pretense of impartiality. Of course this crap has been going on for years at the 9th but with Trump pouring in conservative reinforcements, it's all starting to come to light and be an embarrassment for liberals. There are some real nutcases on that court.
