Sounds like to me that slick was giving a couple of private speeches to ol Vlad.
Maybe the Clintons copyrighted the idea of "convenient suicide" and are selling their knowledge to Putin.
More likely Putin "encouraged" the sharing of knowledge. He is by the way a former KGB officer and head. I will give it them (KGB), they do know how to rid themselves of certain situations
