I have not been to the website because I don't want them to grab me with no... you visited so you are exempting us bs... but I definitely want to sue... something terribly underhanded happened and they need to pay.... and probably be destroyed...
I'll save you the trouble. If you have a credit rating, you're a victim. 143 million ppl is basically 1 out of ever 2 ppl. Take kids and elderly out. That's everyone else.

These credit reporting agencies make you their customer even if you don't want to be one. Other than government, who else can do that?
Too many people have toooooo much information, and you know it's gonna get hacked, but these assholes who take forever to fix a mistake on your credit, are doing nothing to help people now that their hack has been revealed. Funny this was going on for a couple months, they knew about it, yet said nothing. I would like to see their top management in prison...
If you go to check with them you are exempting yourself from suing them or being part of class action. Just be aware of that.
It's only if you sign up for their credit monitoring that you exempt yourself. You can check all you want, just don't sign up for their 1 year of free monitoring. It's in the fine print.

I'd love to sell those executives an orange bridge I own in San Francisco. Dumb-asses. It's this kind of total stupidity that begs for government intrusion into corporate practices.
The ass clowns can try telling that to a jury. Equifax best get out the check book and start writing. Time to pay up for covering up. Now they'll have to wipe out all bad or negative reports.
