Yes. However the two with him that were smart not to participate are going to be our problem. They didn't attack him but they didn't get the guy of the officer either, for that they should be immediately deported.
Awww, to bad. If about 100 shootings like this happened every day on the border from Kalifornicate to Matamoros in Texas I'm willing to bet the number of illegals trying to sneak into our country would drop in a hurry.
