I hate the 9th Circus but is this ruling actually wrong? The law says they get sanctuary if they qualify for sanctuary, even if they crawl through a tunnel in the middle of nowhere to get here. It sounds like it's not the ruling that's the problem, it's the law. Sometimes I wonder who's advising Trump. Don't they look up the pertinent laws before they write an executive order? I bet Trump could have accomplished what he wanted in this case by just jumping through a couple hoops but he and his team weren't smart enough to even know they had to jump through hoops. I bet if he had declared an emergency regarding the safety of the republic, and THEN written that executive order, everything would have been fine. But he didn't do it that way so he's left looking like a dope.
It is time to declare the 9th circuit (circus) a clear and present danger to the safety and sanctity of the United States of America. Andrew Jackson had it right. "now let us see them enforce it".

The 9th circus is located in SF(Of course) in Kalifornia(Of course). The chief judge is Thomas, a Klinton appointee and the chief justice is Kagan, an Oblahblah appointee so go figure.

Funny, I don't seem to recall the 9th Circuit getting all upset when BO was papering the Oval Office with Executive Orders about immigration.
If your a retard, a democrat, and a lawyer, you get a seat on the 9th circus court of appeals. It's kinda like getting a prize in a cereal box or a happy meal...The way the 9th acts, there must be plenty of retarded democrat lawyers out there...Too bad congress didn't have the balls to break it up, and open a 10th circuit court in say Wyoming, and the let 9th handle only San Francisco....
