Federal judge rules in favor of female genital mutilation. Four Muslim defendants involved in mutilating little girls were consequently sent home, free to perpetrate the same horror on more little girls, because U.S. District Judge Bernard Friedman suddenly discovered federalism.

  • The judge was disgusted by this practice, however, they rightly interpreted the constitution. It’s a state matter and MUST be adddressed by the state legislature. It’s Michigan, where there’s a large moo u slim population. So it’s going to be a fight.
