• I don't want to seem insensitive but seeing this terrible incident only affected one location, it didn't affect public/government areas and people should have the ways and the means (even through family and friends) to take care of their injuries or in the case of the deceased, the funeral costs, not sure why he needs FEMA money for... ? Everyone on the rescue and healing side of things are already getting paid that is what they get paid to do. Unless he wants to improve something on the government side to facilitate response or rescue for any future situation, but not sure why it needs to be FEMA emergency funds... I am sure Florida can come up with the money to do so without asking for federal funds.

• Tragic as it was the shooting in Orlando was not a hurricane, massive flooding, tornado or out of control wildfire in the forest so I can understand the denial of funds. If it has cost the local, county and state $5 million to investigate a dead guy and release the bodies to the families then a whole lot of cops got a whole lot of unneeded overtime.

• Obama ain't running for re-election, so he does not give a shit, plus Scott is a republican, and the only thing Obama is interested tin is punishing Scott and all the red states..why do you think all the red states get Islamic Jihadi refugees and the released and now able to vote felons, plus a ton of illegals?...
