  • If the team owners got together and told Goodall to stick his silly rules up his ass a lot of this kind of nonsense would stop. Goodall was hired to promote the NFL, the entire league, not to dictate to the individual teams what they can wear. He has no skin in the game, he does not own a team, he is a glorified car salesman and has no business telling those with their money on the line what their players can or cannot do.

  • Avery Williamson told the NFL to shove it and did what he wanted to do and exercised his 1st Amendment Right to free speech. The shield is all about letting certain individuals disrespect the National Anthem and those who have severed, many who paid the ultimate sacrifice. Yet one American wishes to honor all those who died on September 11th 2001, the shield looses it mind over its uniformity policies. Guess what there fellas, you've PISSED OFF those of us who are LEOs to the point to where you may have to become your own security details. If we are so bad on Monday thru Saturday, we certainly must be so bad on Sunday as well.
