I NEVER will understand Kagan. That was a "I'm going to set up my homie Kagan for life, because she is awesome" appointment. Why is she awesome? The hell did she do to or for Obama (or an Obama supporter) that was so great that she had to get this? Do I even want to know? It had nothing to do with her actual qualifications and the Republicans didn't really put up a fight (I guess they couldn't).
