One of my parents' closest friends was always a very dignified, very appropriate, very proper gentlemen until he started to get dementia when suddenly he started pinching the ass of the other wives and giving long inappropriate hugs. What this Latino candidate for Lieutenant Governor in Nevada describes from Joe Biden is exactly the sort of thing this friend of my parents started doing... and then a few years later this friend of my parents was in full-blown dementia and everybody knew why his personality had deteriorated.

Good grief, I read the article and there are actually three different cases against him: the New York charges involving the shake-down of Nike, plus California charges of stealing a client's money, and finally charges that he claimed millions of dollars of income on fake tax returns so he could fraudulently obtain bank loans. I mean, seriously, this guy is a total creep.
