He has to do this. He needs the illegals to make Kali function. Without the slave labor of the illegals working the fields of Kali, the House of Cards tumbles into oblivion. The Trump admin and the Republicans need to highlight this economic fact. They simply cannot farm for profit out there without slave labor. It has nothing to do with compassion for fellow human beings, it's economics Eleventy-o-one, Kali style.
I'm shock he's not trying to screw vets, instead he's going after regular people trying to work & pay taxes. Gov. Brown is anti-American at the core. Hell, all progressives are anti-American at the core.
This is just Jerry's way of punishing middle class students whose parents may have voted for Trump. Also, I'm a little surprised that there are any middle class people left in California.

Brown's Governorship and his single party state rest on the foundation of the votes of illegal aliens and the now adult children of the illegals from 20 years ago. Like Obama, he's simply stealing from his political opposition to pay off his constituency for it's votes.
