Gov. Cuomo: State will sue to block federal tax overhaul. And why does Kooky Cuomo not like the tax overhaul? Because it eliminates the loopholes that allows citizens of the Empire State to shift the high cost of being a New Yorker to all the rest of the country. Or, to put it in terms the unhinged left might prefer, Cuomo is looking to rob the red states to pay for the blue.

I know I heard 1 of the things they will argue as well is equal protection under the law. I pissed myself when I heard that, considering we have so many tax rates, instead of 1 rate, that everyone pays, so that argument should be enough to laugh this case out of court straight away.
Cuomo is delusional, and an idiot. He never had to worry that NYS taxes were so high because taxpayers could “pass that buck” back to the federal government.
Now, if NYS taxpayers are not blinded by the “it’s Trump’s fault” mantra, they can push back against those screamin’ high taxes and zero accountability that comes out of Albany.

Silly as this lawsuit sounds, the problem we have in this country is there is always a Clinton-appointed or Obama-appointed federal judge somewhere who will side with a left-sponsored lawsuit no matter how silly it is.
That and people are too stupid to know any better.
Radio guys last night said they were going to try to turn the NY state taxing entity/authority(whatever it's called) into a charity. Allow NYers to deduct state taxes off federal taxes as a charitable contribution.
If they made paying taxes voluntary, do you know how few people would participate?
I get the feeling that making it "voluntary" won't stop them from collecting it as if it were mandatory.

That goofy broad has a net worth of about $400 million. If she has to pay another million per year in federal taxes who cares? It isn't like she would be forced to get on the welfare train.
