Andrew Pollack filed a wrongful death lawsuit in Broward County yesterday against ex-sheriff’s deputy/school resource officer Scot Peterson. His daughter Meadow was one of 17 killed. He said Peterson could’ve entered, but instead ‘let those people get murdered. We wonder if Peterson is smiling now?

It won't go anywhere but it will be a further harassment for the Cowards of Broward County. Discovery would be lots of fun!
Been wondering about how long it would take people to sue the cowards of Broward. Now we know, the families that lost children because of the lack of action from the Broward sheriff's department will be collecting some big money. Won't bring their child back though, which makes me think they are in it for the money.
If it was me and I won I'd donate it to the NRA just to make a point.
His defense will no doubt come down to the 1945 German defense "I was just following established protocols".
Maybe he thought the pistol carried on his hip was a decoration, and not being used in the line of duty.
Instead of money, have the judge order Peterson to wear a black shirt with a large yellow stripe down the back, every day for life.
