Like those bought and paid for RINO turds would do anything to put a stop to this, that means Quagmire might say bad things about them to the media.
As much as I would love to put this on droopy eyes, it was dingy Harry and quagmire who invoked the simple majority passage on judicial nominations just shy of the SCOTUS.
This was one of the "senate rule changes" that was done when the dip shits realized they would no longer control the senate.
The GOP clowns could change it back or different but they don't.
The problem is, the GOP has the majority, but they still don't use it to their advantage.
