Who wants to bet on how many of these union members voted for the Obummer? Or how many are Clintoon supporters? $Bill Clinton signed NAFTA into law and every trade agreement made since has sold the American worker down the river. It's sad that people never learn, they keep voting for the same old fools who keep screwing them with a sandpaper rubber.
Most of them just voted exactly as their union leaders told them to vote. Hey, they know what's best for us, right?
I was a union member for over thirty years, and never once voted for a Democrat. I was looked down upon by many of the other members, because I was vocal about it. I remember when Dukakis was running, and I stood up in a van full of members heading for our training site and said, "I wouldn't vote for that useless bastard if he was the last man on earth." You could have heard a pin drop.
I know what you mean, I used to be a union member also, IBEW. The thing was that most of the guys in my local weren't sheep, and were conservatives.
I used to work with Teamsters. Not a one of them was liberal, they were conservative. But they'd alway vote for the Democrat.
Yea, I only voted for one Dimotard, because he conned us into believing he would work to end the helmet law in NJ.
Even though I ALWAYS wear a helmet when riding, I've always been against helmet laws. I believe Darwin should be allowed to do his work.
The weight of the helmet bothers my neck.
My favorite was when I was in HS. We stopped at this crusty truck stop for breakfast and the waitress was fugly. They flirted with her the entire time.
After we were out of the restaurant I asked if they were that hard up. One said. No kid, we don't want to screw her, we just get better service that way.
Go west, young man, then take a left
That's the problem, too many people going to the left.
There\'s a big Honeywell plant in Johnston RI that\'s in the process of moving to Mexico too.

They make a lot of safety equipment there, including hardhats, respirator masks & cartridges, and until recently a lot of electronics too, I think. They\'ll be gone by June.
THANK YOU, PRESIDENT OBAMA!
The only shovel ready jobs Barky has created are moving men and truck drivers. Movers to take the equipment south of the border, and truck drivers to bring the products back north.
They use Mexican truck drivers for that. Driving Mexican owned trucks that don't have to meet our safety and emissions standards.
Yeah, and you don't even think about driving into the Port of Oakland unless you buy a newer truck meeting their emission criteria or have your old one retrofitted to the tune of about $10k.
I avoid Kalifornia as much as possible.
Especially Oakland.
I wouldn't worry about the tectonics nearly as much as I would worry about the local thugs.
But you can shoot the thugs, the tectonics aren't able to be stopped.
But I'm one of those odd people who actually enjoys earthquakes.
it seems the tectonics have an unstable history in that area.
Never been to Oakland.
Yea, and we are the cause of carbon emissions.
