IHTM Dad of the Week Award goes to… The unnamed moron dad who took his kid on a drive-by paintball shooting..
A 10-year-old Florida boy whose father agreed to take him on a drive-by paintball attack was shot by a homeowner who returned fire with a real gun.
The boy was then run over by his father’s van, police in the Miami suburb of Opa-locka said. A local TV station reported that the child is expected to recover from his injuries.

I used to work in that area on IT contract, years ago. What's with the fake drive-by thing? That in itself is alarming. How is that a game, even? Is that some sort of wanna-be 'hood version of Pokemon? Enlighten me.
Doesn't make sense. There was a giant paintball fight going on in the yard and the guy with the real gun didn't know about it? Something stinks in Denmark here. I hope the police are investigating that homeowner, because he sounds nuttier than the father who drove his son to a drive-by paintball shooting. I believe in self-defense, but the obligation is on the gun owner to make sure he knows who and why he is shooting at somebody. You don't just run out into your yard like a madman and start firing at a moving van because you think there's an attack.
