I figured it out. It’s the Biden/Ho version of dip shit corn hole. That explains why the circles are so big. Makes it easier to land the bean bag where it’s supposed to be.

In Texas there is a town called New Braunfels, (Been There) where there is a large German-speaking population.
One day, a local rancher was driving down a country road and noticed a man using his hand to drink water from the rancher’s stock pond.
The rancher rolled down the window and shouted: “Sehr angenehm! Trink das Wasser nicht. Die kuehe haben darein geschissen.”
Which means: “Glad to meet you! Don’t drink the water. The cows have shit in it.”
The man shouted back: “I’m from New York and I’m just down here campaigning for Joe Biden. I can’t understand you. Please speak in English.”

I was stationed in San Antonio for almost 4 years. Never missed an Octoberfest. Can't remember too much about them, but never missed one. Just glad I didn't go to Schlitterbahn after a day at the fest!

This whole Biden campaign is like something out of a Saturday Night Live skit. While Trump is talking to thousands of enthused supporters, everybody except journalists scornfully ignoring the fake pandemic, Biden comes out of his basement once a week like a timid newborn bunny and stumbles through a rehearsed speech somewhere in some parking lot to three or four people sitting yards away from each other in painted circles.
And then next week Biden will do the same thing somewhere else.
I mean, seriously, it's just. plain. weird.
