Yet another reason to keep people locked down. We can’t wait for Personal Carbon Allowances (PCAs). We guess all this COVID bullshit is merely a training exercise.

This will never work. If everybody has the same Personal Carbon Allowance, how will all those Hollywood climate alarmists fly around in their private jets to lecture us about climate warming? How will Greta Thunberg wing her way around the world lecturing everybody smarter than her about how dumb they are? How will our beloved congresscritters take taxpayer financed junkets with their families to tropical islands for fact-finding trips?
They will all be exempt, because they're "special cases".
