Obama seems to have gone out of his way to find incompetent, rabidly-leftwing nincompoops to fill judgeships, and the rule of law is basically being destroyed. Some of these people get overturned more often than Joe Biden sniffs women's hair, and yet nothing is being done about it. How about a simple formula? You get overturned more than a certain number of times and you lost your federal judgeship. Doesn't that sound reasonable?
