I lived in BMore back in the early 90s and it was already a pit back then. My ex still lives there and the witch probably put a curse on the entire city.
Agreed that the taxpayers will end up footing the bill in the end anyway though and handcuffing the police(No pun intended) was not the right move.
The only shame is that if they win the suit the taxpayers will pay damages. The settlement should be taken from the mayor directly.
If only the perps could be made to fix the properties. The payment to them would be learning new skills and an electronic card that can only be used to purchase food. This should be done with Antifa members also, since they are mostly white boys. That way it won't seem.. y'know.
It really should be the general "punishment" for law-breakers who have no direction in life. I mean, how much better is it for them to join prison gangs and lift weights as a pastime while incarcerated? They come out worse then when they went in. We all know this.
