  • Justice Thomas is the real Chief Justice and has the gonads to call out the others. He is in line with the late Justice Scalia. The US Constitution says exactly what it says. The truly troubling part of this kick the can approach is the backing, support and willingness to fight on behalf of Kavanaugh. He and Coney Barrett ran and hid behind Express Roberts.
