Kaepernick will sit through anthem until there’s change: Kaepernick is a man whose only talents are playing with balls and being offended. He is free to go to any number of countries that espouse the virtues he supposedly desires in a nation. But he won’t do so. He likes wealth and the freedom to be an asshole far too much to put the NFL’s money where his suck is.

Front page of the CNN:
Breaking News: The National Anthem is actually racist
Guess there is a line in the never sung second verse about not nice thoughts about the slaves that Britain freed fighting against the colonies. Plus the author owned slaves.
Plus, Jackie Robinson was against the National Anthem, so Kaperdickhead must be right, because nothing has changed since has changed in race relations since the 1940s.....
GFY
Tony Stewart. WHOOOO-HOOOO. Can we get Kaperdickhead to stall his car out on a race track? Sorry, can we call it a 'race' track?
How stupid is Colin Kaepernick? At the news conference to discuss racism in the USA, he wore a T-shirt idolizing Fidel Castro:
http://babalublog.com/2016/08/29/colin-kaepernick-wears-t-shirt-idolizing-fidel-castro-who-craved-to-nuke-his-country-and-who-jailed-and-tortured-the-most-black-political-prisoners-in-the-modern-history-of-the-western-hemisphere/
This is the sort of ignorant rabble modern universities produce. People like this are not capable of being good citizens.
They are good Socialists.
He looks arab... who were his parents? I know he was adopted by white people... well they should be embarrassed they raised such a self center bitch
His father was black, his mother was light skinned, possibly multi-racial. He was raised by white people, just like Obama, which explains his hatred for white people. They dared to feed, clothe, house, and love him, so they must be horrible racists.
But like JP was intimating his "Black" Father could have been North African easy... Anyway in the end it doesn't matter... Rumor has it that his girlfriend is a Muslim and/or Black Lives Matter person so that may explain the idiocy. He's being paid, if one goes macro, by all kinds of US folks of all colors, races, creeds, etc. who engage in buying NFL related anything and everything. He has the right to sit down, but they have the right to be mad and make it known and the particular team and more than likely NFL will have to cut him loose.
This is why I object so much to the notion of race. If he's North African he can call himself African American and pretend he's the victim of slavery when actually the guy looks more Arab, who were the North Africans responsible for rounding up and selling black Africans into slavery in the first place. And the word "slave" comes from all the Europeans--many of them Slavic--rounded up and sold into slavery in North African over the centuries. So a North African can look like almost anything. At what point do we all admit the notion of race is almost meaningless and certainly doesn't warrant all the attention we give to it? This dipshit has suddenly decided he's black and yet he doesn't look any different than my father's side of the family who are all Dutch.
I've been wanting the world to move on from the notion of race from a long time. So...
Wasn't Obama the post racial President...? Uhm... :-/
I get really irritated about this issue when it comes to my son. According to his mother and her family, he's black and that's all there is to it. He, on the other hand, seems quite comfortable with the notion of having both a white and a black heritage. I suspect that our youth are going to eventually lead the charge away from race identity because so many of them are multi-racial.
Speaking of irritating, how about Halle Berry when she won an Oscar: she gets up in front of the white mother who raised her and nurtured her when her black father abandoned them, and talks about being black! Hello! I know you're half black and it probably created some issues for you as a child, Halle, but clearly not insurmountable issues and RIGHT NOW IS THE TIME TO TALK ABOUT AND HONOR THE WHITE WOMAN WHO IS SITTING RIGHT THERE IN FRONT OF YOU IN THE AUDIENCE! THE ONE WHO NOT ONLY ACCOMPANIED YOU TO THE CEREMONY BUT ACCOMPANIED YOU THROUGH LIFE! I stopped thinking she was hot after that Oscar acceptance speech.
Was thinking further about this and realize that in the end it comes down to the skin color and how someone chooses to live their life.
Mariah Carey's skin color could allow her to live as a "white woman" (For what is worth), if she wanted to, but due to different reasons she didn't. She makes it a point to note she is "biracial" every time she gets. I guess it is important because it gives her credibility in the hip hop and R&B music scene. So it was a choice of hers. It was a decision based on how she wanted to live and make her money. She could have chosen to live as a white woman but she didn't even though her skin and looks could have afforded her that opportunity.
Then there is Wentworth Miller who.... again let's be honest lives like a "White Man" (for all intentions and purposes). People may overall know he is biracial, but he plays white males in movies and tv shows (Prison Break and The Flash, etc.), he doesn't look "Black", he has made a decision to live a life where he is just living his life and not be hung up on being biracial. Could be that it is far easier to come around roles, if he doesn't make a scene about being half black and his skin color and eye color allows him that opportunity. However, if he had dark/er skin, there is NO WAY that the media nor fans nor anyone would ALLOW him to live as a white man or else live as a man that is not wearing the biracial thing on his sleeve. He chooses to live as a white man, but his skin and looks affords him that opportunity.
Whereas Halle Berry and Terrence Howard even though legitimately could decide to live as "white people" if they so choose, they can't. They could say: I am both White AND Black and I choose to live my own life thank you. But they can't, because their skin is dark and their hair is African. If they were to say they are as much White as Black and I am just going to live my life as a White person if I choose to, they won't be allowed by society to do so. They will be called race deniers and self hating and all this mess... Why? Because their skin is dark whereas people like Wentworth don't get that hate and had Mariah decided to be an opera diva and just keep her private business private she wouldn't have gotten that hate either.
This is the world that we live in, where you skin color, features and hair texture determines how you live and are placed in a box. Those who are undefinable can define how they can live, but they have to essentially choose not to wear their parentage on their sleeves if they wish to choose one lifestyle over another.
Tiger Woods and Tyson Beckford are not recognized as Asians at all, they are BLACK and that is it. Some bull.... If they LOOKED very much Asian they could claim that without repercussions.
There there is Charlize Theron who is African. She tried, but she really can't come across as a REAL African-American (she nationalized) that she is. She adopts an African boy (whose skin is dark) and she gets hate like some other celebrities did for doing that, but uhm... you know SHE is African! She is adopting a child from her continent and country of birth. Nah... she is WHITE she can't claim that! (She is not biracial. but she ifs far more African-American than any US born Black person will ever be). She can ACTUALLY perfectly raise that child AS an African boy. But hell nah she's light skin, what does she know? She lives her life as an African woman, because she IS, but hell nah she's white, what does she know? But Shananae or some Shaquita or Durrombo or whatever want to keep it real with their African roots because they are dark skinned but never been to Africa in their lives. ... ha?
Anyway... it does bother me the hypocrisy, the double standards and the racism.
When you talk about people not allowing Halle Berry to live as a white person, let's be clear what people you're talking about: black people. White people generally don't give a hoot what color people call themselves. Black people for some reason are very sensitive about someone acting like or pretending they can leave the club.
And then there's the very strange case of my Jamaican client. He was the blackest person I ever met. Pitch black, like you see with some native Africans. He was very happy with my services and said he was going to tell all his friends about me. My business was new at the time so I replied, "That would be great. I could use more black clients." To which he looked at me with astonishment and said, "I'm not black, I'm Jamaican."
Seriously, WTF?
He meant he is not American Black and let's be real, I do not identify as "Black" because I know what people mean by "Black" in this country. I am Hispanic and yes I have black skin, but I am not "African American". We (people of dark skin/Black/African descent who were born outside of Africa and the USA) understand very well the issues of Blacks in this country.
Blacks when they hear our accents KNOW we ain't like THEM and they treat us differently. There are many that open their arms and communities to us, but most do not (at least not readily). I have been far more welcomed by Whites than by Blacks in this country.
He meant he wasn't like the Blacks here... unless he actually meant that he doesn't consider himself of African descent which would be crazy, I am positive that is not what he meant.
I probably have said this before but I shall never forget this Black man (US) forcefully (with words) trying to convince me again forcefully that I was BLACK. I was trying to let him know that I am Hispanic OF COURSE of African descent, but not African obviously and not "Black" as in from this culture. He just couldn't wrap himself in this notion. He saw the dark skin and that is all he saw it was very strange. But I am sure that there whites that have that problem too (but they haven't been vocal to me about it yet) and believe it or not some Hispanics especially Mexicans (who have been vocal about their amazement that I, a Black person, am Hispanic).
People are stupid and I understand Poppa perfectly. Stupid people get on my nerves.
I saw Barbara Walters bring up Mariah's biracial status three times in three different interviews, even after it was WELL established that she is biracial and she wasn't trying to hide it. I've seen other white people in print or in other media make a point of biracial people being biracial when they are in the public eye and it is usually more than likely those that had/have dark skin and/or "exotic" facial features and/or special hair texture that makes it "obvious" that they aren't all "white" or "black" (or Asian, etc) - like Tiger Woods or The Rock. I remember Andy Levy (a white man) wondering if Slash was biracial once. I thought that was odd and I brought it up on Twitter as in why does that even matter it seems like an unnecessary racial statement as he wasn't there (Super Bowl I think) because he is biracial, he's there because he is a guitar player... and not long after he blocked me. With that said he mentioned that I looked it up and indeed he is, but in all truth I never even thought about as he never mentioned it that I know of, he has a white wife, never seen his children (if he has any) and he is a rock person so I just assumed he is a white man (well... he is). Whereas, Lenny Kravitz who could very easily live as a White Jewish man if he so wants to because in essence, he is, has never been allowed by society nor his industry (which let's be honest is governed by White people) that his skin is dark and he is therefore BLACK.
Boy I got examples... and I am sure that outside of the entertainment industry people of two or multiple ethnic, national, racial backgrounds have similar stories. So I will go again and say society.
Now are Blacks more vocal? Perhaps. Asians, generally speaking, don't make a stink one way or another about people like Tiger Woods, whereas Blacks claimed his ass as their own like their lives depended on it or something. He made a point once of saying that he is a Buddhist and is very much in tune with his Asian side and Black people just pounced on him like lions on prey, but that is not to say that society in general wouldn't have made a point that since his skin is so dark and he is not easily recognizable as Asian, he should consider himself Black first and foremost.
DAMN YOU JP!!I always thought she was hot, but never saw her Oscar speech, so I was blissfully ignorant of her stupidity. Now she isn't hot to me any more. :-(
Google: halle berry swimsuit photo 50
You are welcome
Perhaps I should clarify my position. Maybe hot isn't the word I should have used. Sexy works better.
She has a hot body, but hot isn't just a body, it's also a state of mind, and a level of intelligence. There are plenty of women out there that may look hot, but if I had to spend more than 5 minutes with them, I would shoot myself in the head. I cannot abide with a vapid or stupid person. In fact, I often say that I hate stupid people. Give me a plain Jane with a brain any time.

Yeah, okay, I'm not saying it would take that many beers to make me think she's hot again...
The one drop rule which Halle Berry coincidentally used with her own daughter (whom she had with a White European him-bo), is extremely racist and was used by racist including the Nazis. It seems to me your baby Mama is using that rule and she is just part of the problem. Like my Mother saying that a woman has "good hair" implying hers and my own and women like us who have African textured hair have bad hair. That is slave talk. Halle Berry again talking about how she is winning the Oscar for Black people... no bitch you won the Oscar for your performance. She is not a representative of one group of people over another. Blacks talking about how a person like Ben Carson or Herman Cain are Oreos or some shit... They both are far more "Blacker" than Obama have had the so called "Black experience" and because they are educated and speak a certain way and look a certain way they are Uncle Toms (a hero by the way so people don't even know what they are talking about) or some crap.
I am not a okay with any of that ... it is extremely and unnecessarily racial, it is demeaning and limiting. We were designed to be limitless in our abilities to do good and be good and live worthy lives, we ain't doing it because we are our own worst enemies in the end.
I do hope that as more people cannot easily self identify as ONE thing that we can truly move on.
I suspect that our youth are going to eventually lead the charge away from race identity because so many of them are multi-racial.
I hope so!
With his longer hair, I thought he was a dark skinned Greek guy.
Remember when this warrior for the rights of oppressed black people used the N word on an opponent and was fined $11,000 by the NFL?

Yep, & only 1 of the players shown in this photo will go to Canton, Ohio & into the Hall Of Fame.
Certainly not the guy in the red...
Imagine what a real coach such as Vince Lombardi or Tom Landry would have done had one of their players sat on their ass during the national anthem.
He'd still be trying to remove the shoe from his ass.
The turk needs to knock on this douche bags door and inform him to bring his ipad and report to the offensive coordinators office. The 49ers need to just let him go, disappear and go be a wife beating, goat loving, child molesting follower.
They might trade him. But since $61 million of his $114 million contract is guaranteed, he will not be cut. If he were to suffer a career ending injury, the $20 million the 49ers would owe him would be covered by an insurance policy the club took in event something like that happened. So trading him to someone like Dallas, Denver, or Los Angeles seems more likely. If he continues his downward spiral as a QB, he could end up in Canada, & as someone who follows the CFL, there are a few QBs who are better then Kaepernick up there.
