Levi’s: Go ahead and try the jeans, but leave the guns at home

Levi’s: Go ahead and try the jeans, but leave the guns at home. This guy must think Citizens United gives him the right to be a junior dictator. Sorry dude, we’ll be buying from Wrangler and Carhartt from now on.

CO2Insanity: Tired of the CO2 BS and all the other BS in the US and the world.

  • You can ask all you want, but nobody has to comply.
Not that it matters, since I don't buy their overpriced crap.

    • Hey, that's all I wear. And I mean all. My mother's funeral last year I finally looked in the back of the closet and found an old suit, and scraped up some actual shoes instead of my Eccos. I queried the family about wearing blue jeans but the general consensus was unanimously no. Trouble was, I felt uncomfortable in the suit & tie, and the shoes (loafers) were two sizes too big so I had to stick little cork furniture pads on the tongues until they would stay on when I walked. But then one of the cork pads came unstuck and my one shoe kept going clunk clunk when I walked because it would come half off with every step. I heard someone say, "I didn't know Barbara had a retarded son."

  • I stopped buying their shit a long time ago when the prices went through the roof.Haven't bought a pair in over 20 years. besides they are headquartered in San Francisco...that is enough to make me not buy their shit.

  • Levi's just made a public announcement: "All you thugs (and protesters), come to our stores, rob them, get free expensive jeans and endanger all those high school kids who work there for nothing."

  • What is wrong with these dipshit CEOs? This is just like the Kellogg thing. Why do they think it's a good idea to make a public announcement that they know will offend more than half their customers?

  • As Bearing Arms point out, you DO need to bring the gun to try on pants. Otherwise how will you know if the pants will be comfortable while carrying?
