If the DoJ refuses to proceed with a grand jury and indictment. Stand back and watch how fast and how often the leaks come out about what the FBI did find out.
That's the thing. I think the agents investigating will be so fed up, they'll leak it.
That's what I'm counting on. If she isn't indicted, I'm betting President Trump or Cruz will make sure not only is she indicted, but also all the current admin assholes that protected her worthless ass will also.

For all intents and purposes those laws have already been thrown out... or at least set aside for possible use against the politically inconvenient. It's arguable that the DoJ itself has become lawless under both Holder and Lynch.

If it were a conservative Lynch's position would be radically different- along the lines of it being necessary to protect the sanctity and integrity of the nation's highest office and failure to pursue the matter to the fullest would constitute gross negligence on the part of the DoJ...
