This isn't going anywhere unless the guy finds a lawyer willing to work pro bono. There isn't an attorney out there looking for a payday that would take them on for him because their pockets are waaay deeper than this kid's.
Like the lesbian couple at the bakery, he probably wasn't even trying to buy a gun. He was just lawsuit shopping. And, just like the lesbian couple, go elsewhere.
He's 20, he's probably looking for a payday so he never has to get a job.
It's the new method of survival for the lazy generation.
Another frivolous lawsuit. Buy your guns elsewhere and don't ever shop at either store again. By the time his lawsuit actually hits a court room, the winds will have shifted and they'll have changed their policy again. Punish the bottom line and they'll come about. Academy did.
