Michael Flynn Judge Asks Full D.C. Circuit to Rehear His Case Against Immediate Dismissal of Prosecution. Who owns this judge? Has he sold out to someone?
U.S. District Judge Emmet Sullivan, through his counsel Beth Wilkinson, has asked for U.S. Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia Circuit to rehear his case against the immediate dismissal of Michael Flynn prosecution.
The petition for rehearing comes after a three-judge panel on the D.C. Circuit granted Flynn’s petition for writ a mandamus on June 24, directing Sullivan to dismiss the case.

This barky hack should be impeached and then prosecuted for violating the civil rights of Gen. Flynn.
He has lost, been bitch slapped once, now wishes to have another bite at the apple. What he is fearing is the exposure of that which has come before his court in sealed documents. This is about protecting what barky, plugs, hildabeast, heniz-kerry where all up to.
