Could an United Stater done this? Yes. However the point is that THIS person SHOULDN'T HAVE BEEN IN THE COUNTRY in the first place, not to do this or any other crime. The chances are high that the child would never have to go what she went through, if this man had not been allowed to return to this country. I am a believer of the death penalty for rapists of all kinds. I say let's give him injections and be done with him.
