National Enquirer links Cruz to JFK assassination. Just when you think Trump Nation can’t get anymore irrational, here comes Trump’s tabloid buddy to suggest fervent anti-communist Rafael Cruz helped Castro kill the American president.

  • If that is Cruz's old man in the photo, that doesn't exactly do his campaign any favors.

  • If the Trump moron-ass-clingers weren't so stupid they'd see how insulting this is to their intelligence. These despicable people are doing what they're doing because they know there's an element of idiots out there who don't care that they're being lied to. They don't even have the brains to be insulted when Trump tells them that he could shoot them and they'd still vote for him. I don't call them idiots because they don't agree with me, but because they refuse to learn what he's all about. With information so easily accessible it's inexcusable. Who needs to worry about illegal aliens voting when stupid American citizens will likely do us in. Combine them with the Bernie/Hillary crowd, and, boy, are we in trouble.

  • Things are going to get uglier as the campaign heats up. We will hear more outlandish crap about Trump and Cruz. We will hear more about Clintoon and her alleged crimes in the past and how Bernie became a socialist. It's time to quit listening to all the bullshit, we will have to wait now and see who the candidates are then figure out who to support from there.

    • They got the John Edwards story right but they got a whole lot more stories wrong. They've been sued 75 times since 1986. In some cases, including this one which happened since the John Edwards story, they've had to take out full-page ads in the NYTimes to admit they lied as part of the legal settlement.

      By the way, what happened to that story about all the Cruz mistresses? Nothing to it, was there? The women that were identified all insisted the story was nonsense. But of course the National Enquirer can't be sued for that one because they never actually identified the ladies by name. Slick. Lie like a rug, sell some rags, take the attention off Trump's stupidity and lack of character for a week--it's a win win for both Trump and his tabloid buddie.

    • You felt this was so important you posted it in multiple places? It's not a delegate. It's a Cruz campaign staffer. People in the crowd hand him stuff, Cruz passes it on to the staffer. It's as lame as the National Enquirer story. Basically, what we have here is a candidate who is so squeaky clean Trump people have to make shit up. And then they hope people like you are gullible enough to spread it around.

    • If it's meaningless, why is the National Enquirer publishing it? It's yellow journalism, part of the vast network of media enlisted to promote Trump by pulling the wool over Americans' eyes. Like happened with the mistress story that immediately died on the vine, Trump will get a week of negative coverage of Cruz and a week of nobody talking about the issues. Which is good for Trump because if people see him talking about the issues too much they might start realizing he's A, a moron, and B, a liberal.

      Of course Raphael Cruz didn't participate in the assassination of JFK. And of course this is a distraction intended to benefit Trump's campaign.

        • It's because HE IS NOT CAPABLE OF TALKING ABOUT THE ISSUES. He's like Obama only instead of a teleprompter he needs to shout insults and accusations. When he tries to address an issue, his ignorance shows. Like this week with the NC bathroom issue.

            I see that in spite of the links that I posted, which prove Trump is not what he's telling everyone he is, there are people out there that just love to give us thumbs down. They refuse to see him for what he is. They also are only capable of posting National Enquirer articles accusing Cruz of things, that once they cast a shadow on him, quietly go away, with no further proof of the accusations.
            Trump is only capable of smear tactics. Hillary will shred his balls in the general election.
