  This is why I will vote for Trump. No one else is even talking about the Muslim problem as something that needs to be solved. Sure, the others pay lip service to Radical Islamic Terrorism™, but that is a feint. Muslims and illegal immigration are immediate economic and security threats and Cruz, Rubio, and the others are silent on it. Maybe DJT won't get it done, but at least he is campaigning on border security and limiting immigration. I am a single-issue voter this cycle, and Trump is addressing that issue. Yes, I know, I may come to regret it. I know I would regret President Rubio as much as I would President Clinton. Cruz is unelectable.

    I said exactly that same thing to my brother yesterday. The single most important issue facing us today is stopping illegal immigration, getting rid of those that are already here, and the same thing with "refugees."

  • I'm not so sure Cruz is unelectable. I have seen polls where he beats Trump, and he beats Hitlery.
    The talk this morning is that Rubio will likely not get enough delegates to make it worthwhile for him to continue much longer. Also, on FOX News this morning, they finally admitted that Rubio is Bush 3.0. The best scenario is for Rubio to drop out and throw his support behind Cruz. That will effectively put Trump away.

    • I think I said this before here, but what bothers me about Cruz is that while his fame is standing up alone for his principles, standing up alone doesn't speak well for leadership. Being a leader means you DON'T stand alone: you build teams and coalitions and get people to work together.

      I've seen some damn Trump with the comparison to Jugears that "We've already had one egomaniac, we don't need another." One could as easily say of Cruz, "We've already had one ivory tower ideologue."
