Dumb and Dumber.
These two guys, Comey and Mueller, are the incompetent assholes who screwed up the anthrax investigation about fifteen years ago. They brought in some delusional hound dog owner from California who had already had cases thrown out of court but said his dogs could smell anthrax on people. A little checking would have told them the guy was nuts. The guy brought his dogs to meet the guy Mueller and Comey wanted to be the culprit, the guy naturally reached out to pet the dogs, the dogs wagged their tails, the dog owner said that was their way of saying he was the guy. He wasn't. Another giant embarrassment for the FBI. The wrongly accused guy ended up collecting millions from the FBI for ruining his life. Mueller was there as the head of the FBI, Comey was there from the DOJ. They're both career bureaucrats and career idiots. And neither one of them can be trusted as far as you can throw them.
I don't think it's natural to reach out and pet a dog. I believe it is learned behavior.
Too bad they both weren't at the Ariana Grande concert.
