  • The only idiots that think obamacare is a good deal are the takers on the bottom of the social scale that get all their crap for free.

  • Such a crock of sh!t, one of the worst pieces of legislature to pass through Congress in recent memory, period. Every potential flaw was out there but nooooobody paid any attention because they were too busy gazing at the rainbow flatulating, Skittle sh!tting unicorn that was sold to them.

"We have to pass the bill so you can see what's in it." I would give up every cent I've earned in my life just for the opportunity to kick Oblahblah, Nazi Pelosi and Joe "Biding My Time Before the Next Stupid Thing Comes Out Of My Mouth" in the balls and yes, I realize that Pelosi is supposedly a woman but after all the taxpayer and insider trader funded surgical alterations, I'm not so sure.

    SMH.

  • The premiums and deductibles will continue to rise until Congress repeals this mess, but given the present political climate, it seems less and less likely that's going to happen.

    • Joe - I am beginning to doubt it will ever be repealed. RINOs speak in terms of "fixing" it.

      • This POS almost makes the VA look like a good deal.

Speaking of the VA, I had an appointment at the hospital on Thursday to determine a course of treatment for my kidney stone, which is in the 5-6 mm range.
So, I get called into the doctor's office, and he's looking at my file and says "You're in the wrong office". Turns out, they sent me in to see the ED (Viagra prescribing) doctor instead of the kidney stone doc. So, I had to go back to the waiting room and wait till the right doc was able to see me. Then I had to get an x-ray and blood and urine testing to see which way they're going to go. Now I'm waiting for a phone call to find out which torture I will endure. I will either be getting the sonic blast, which will break it up and I will be peeing sand for 2 weeks, or they will have to go up inside with a laser to blast it and pull out the pieces, NOT the preferred method.
BTW, this has been going on for over a month now, and they still don't know what they're doing.
The only good thing is I'm not paying for it.

        • Poppajoe you are paying for it in the pain that you must endure. Now if an ambulance chaser would take the case for pain and suffering

          Get well soon

        • Olahblahcare is like an expanded version of VA health care/Tricare. It's out there but you have to spend hours on the phone and jump through multiple flaming hoops to find what you're looking for.

2016 and they still use physical paperwork. WTF?

        • Poppajoe, try Chanca Piedra (Phylantus Niruri) powder or decoction for liver, kidney and gallbladder support. It helps break calculi stones. It's the real deal and my wife and I have been fans for several months now, she for her kidney stones and me for my gallstones. This stuff has a pleasant flavor and it works quickly. Drink three to four cups of the tea it makes a day, with plenty of water, until the inflammation and burning pain sudsides then taper off until the swelling and pain is gone and then just a cup a day as maintenance. I like it better than real tea and I don't get acid reflux as bad or as often as I did just a couple of weeks ago. I'm sold! Try it. If it works it's a hell of a lot cheaper and safer than letting the VA get their clutches on you.

          • Thanks hisham, I just ordered the tea from Amazon, along with a couple of other items. I got free shipping and applied for and got the Amazon store card, which knocked $20 off the bill. They won't get any interest from me, since I pay everything but my mortgage off weekly! So I got paid for nothing!!

          • Hey Hisham, I just got the herbs in the mail yesterday, and made my first batch of the tea this morning. Before I even got to drink it, I passed a small stone, I must have more than one. This one was stuck in my ureter for a couple of days and semi blocking me up. It finally went through and I don't have any pain for now.
I'm waiting to see how long the Chanca Piedra takes to break up the other stone. I'll make up another batch of tea before dinner. I'm doing a liter at a time.
