  To simplify it, they can just publish the US Census.

• That would probably be a GOOD idea if we could trust the integrity of the process of CREATING the list. Or have someone on such a list pegged for very close scrutiny after buying a gun.

  I'm sure the Terror and No-fly lists started out narrow and small, too.

• No one wants terrorists or potential terrorists to have any type of weaponry but like good liberals everywhere if they can just get their foot in the door they push even harder for more strict control. And that is unacceptable.

  • That's exactly the problem, as I note above, it's probably a good idea in and of itself, but we know "they" will NOT stop there. Probably get put on the list for being NRA.

  • Yes, agreed. As long as there's due process before their rights get taken. And if they are such a threat, ARREST and TRY them.

    • Absolutely. The thing that is missing is due process and open and clear information as to why someone is on the no fly list. No one knows how they get on and apparently it's near impossible to get off of the no fly list but the chances of holding someone accountable for this are nil.

          The ACLU was conceived and started by a member of the CPUSA! It can only represent causes that advance statism, socialism and communism...it doesn't recognize anything else.

          Besides, ACLU actually stands for "Any Communist Liberty Union".
