Lockdowns give politicians incredible power over the population. When a governor orders a lockdown their pay and benefits should be suspended for the duration. Either that or we have to get judges with spines to put a stop to this nonsense.
I think they've developed a lust for power at this point. Addiction to power and control is no different than any other addiction. It's bad with the governors but even worse with the state health directors, who have never known power like this, and even with some of the state attorney generals who get to enforce the dictates. They're in an irrational frenzy of lust at this point because a lot of what they're saying makes no sense whatsoever. In New Mexico I read that people are lined up outside grocery stores because the state shut down a bunch of big grocery stores. In California there's a 10 PM curfew, like the virus is stronger after 10? It's borderline ridiculous. Go to Thanksgiving dinner but don't sing or talk, no alcohol by the drink Wednesday evening but state run liquor stores will still be open (that one is Pennsylvania, where the man in a dress is the state health director... it's like a Saturday Night Live skit).
Exactly and they won't give it up. It will have to be taken from them. Here is hoping those of you in Michigan get rid of the crazy Hitlermer. I wish to see my grandchildren and not have to get "rednecked" on a few dumb asses in "authority"
The Wuhan virus was weaponized with AI technology and GPS so, fer sure, it really is more virulent after 10pm in California.
