Ninth Circuit rules against Calif. Gov. Newsom order barring private school in-person teaching. This is a once-in-a-lifetime event. Gavin Newsom getting slapped by the idiots in the 9th Circuit, who actually got a ruling right.

This is amazing!
The 9th Circus got a ruling right, and screwed Newsom at the same time!
Will wonders never cease?
It's interesting...but not surprising...that the Emperor Newsome's original private school shut down order did not apply to private schools in Sacramento County, including the private schools that his own children attend.
I guess interesting is one word for it.
Well the old adage is right again, a stopped clock is right twice a day. The 9th clowns got it partial right. As for the public schools, why take property taxes to support schools if there is no mandate to teach in person?
