Joe Biden to South Carolina crowd of African Americans:
“I’m looking forward to appointing the first African American woman to the United States Senate.”
1) We’ve already had more than one African American woman elected to the Senate, including the one who was running against him for president, and
2) Presidents don’t appoint senators. Ever.
But the ignorant-ass audience cheered so apparently South Carolina Democrats are as dumb as Joe.

I can't believe someone as brain dead as Joe could win..Makes me wonder if some of those sneaky republicans helped raise the vote for Joe to screw with Comrade Bernie....
Joe won SC. I guess they love stupid there.
They say it is because of his popularity with African American voters that he won. In other words, those mental giants who were cheering at the promise to appoint a female African American senator.
But the funny part is: this is the third time Joe has run for president, and the first time ever he came in better than third in a state primary. That is not a good record. The guy does not exactly electrify the electorate. He can't even electrify Democrats, let alone the rest of the voters.
If you can’t pass a basic civics class, you should not be able to vote. It’s that simple. In Uncle Joes case shouldn’t be able to run for President
