  Because a rapist is going to be stopped because his backseat has a panic button? Guess these rocket surgeons never heard of pulling a fuse or the detaching the old ground wire to the panic button trick. Face palm.

• If those NYC women would not dress so provocatively, like they do in Cologne Germany, they would not provoke these poor misunderstood non-islamic immigrants into sexual rage.

  • Yes. All the provocatively dressed women should be rounded up and sent to Bakersfield, CA. We have very few Muslims here, and we can keep the provocatively dressed women safe.

      • The hookers I used to see around the truck stops in Bakersfield didn't have all their teeth, pretty ugly too so I don't know how they got much business.

        • They got all kinds of business poppa. A lot of those trashy truck drivers weren't much better in the hygiene department and didn't care what the hookers looked like.

        • I saw one on the sidewalk last year, so filthy it looked like she'd been turning tricks UNDER the trucks. It took all I had not to laugh out loud. Then she flashed me a big toothless grin, and all that laughter came pouring out. I felt kinda bad for her.

        • Probably still the same ones, Whiskey. Now they're old, AND ugly. occasionally one will show up that doesn't scare people, but they don't last long.

        • I used to stop at Bruce's on hwy 58 when it was nap time. Easy to get in and out of but you better be armed when out of your truck at night.

• Another reason to avoid NYC like the plague. I'm also sure Comrade DeBlaso is doing everything in his power to make this news go away, just like Cuomo making all the homeless get off the streets.

  • I remember, back is the 70's, I used to go to NYC. It was a fun place to be. Now I wouldn't go there without openly carrying a tactical shotgun.

• I'm sure the fact that Muslim immigrants comprise a large proportion of today's cab drivers has nothing to do with this problem. It's just a coincidence.

  • There you go... I thought this was odd and now I get it... Saudi Arabia has this problem as well with foreign women and arab cab drivers. The military women are told to not get into cabs or else to go with someone else. One military woman was able to fight off one of them a few years back. These stories barely make it to national news... if at all.

• No magnum need here, a nice little .380 would do the job. That is the correct buddy system that is needed in New York.
